  • How do I secure my spot at Lakeridge?
    • All you have to do to secure your spot is to sign a lease. 1) You can reach out to us at 888-856-2281 to get a lease sent to you electronically? 2) Swing by our office at 903 Texas Ave. S and we will get you all set up with a lease and answer any questions you have.
  • What makes you different from everywhere else?
    • We are one of a kind. Our homey atmosphere, townhome style condos and our small and friendly staff makes Lakeridge the perfect place to call home. Our staff will always bend over backwards to make your stay with us enjoyable. We pride ourselves on being local and family owned and operated! You're more than just a name. We want to make you feel right at home!
  • Do you lease by the bedroom?
    • Matter of fact we do! We are one of the few townhome complexes where you do get the luxury of by the bedroom leasing. Want a joint lease? We can do that too! We do our best to accommodate your needs.
  • How many bedrooms are in your floor plans?
    • As you can see on our floor plan tab, we have units ranging from 1-4 bedrooms with many different sizes and layouts!
  • Do you have furnished units?
    • We do have furniture in select units, however at a limited supply. About 90% of our property is unfurnished! Sign early to be sure to lock in furniture. Reach out to us to see if furniture will be available for the floor plan of your choice!
  • How many bathrooms will my unit have?
    • All of our units do have individual bathrooms in your personal bedroom. Many of our units even have a half bathroom for guest use!
  • When do I pay my rent?
    • Rent is due on the first (1st) of every month. Rent payments are considered late on the fifth (5th) of the month at midnight.
  • How do I pay my rent?
    • You can pay your rent through our online tenant portal. We do have automatic payment setup options. You can always pay your rent via check or money order by swinging it by the office. We do not take credit cards at this time.
  • What does my rent cover?
    • Rent includes access to all of our amenities, internet, cable, exterior pest control, trash service, reserved parking and lawn maintenance.
  • How far is my townhome from campus?
    • We are located just over one (1) mile away from campus. It takes about 3 minutes to drive to West Campus (pending traffic). The addition of the Jones Butler extension to George Bush allows for a low traffic, hassle free and quick trip to campus!
  • Are y'all pet friendly?
    • Absolutely! Many of our residents like to bring their furry friends. We do require a deposit of $500 ($250 refundable and $250 non refundable) as a security deposit. We will also require a monthly additional rent of $25 per month.
  • What is parking like?
    • We provide free reserved parking for your convenience! You will know exactly where you are going to park when you get home! Located closely to your unit. Parking doesn't get much better than that! Guest parking is available throughout our beautiful complex.
  • What is your lease term?
    • Like much of the student housing community in the B/CS area, we offer 12-month leases. You can always ask if we have availability for a shorter lease term, but more often than not, we only allow these if we have special circumstances we are trying to accommodate.
  • How much are utilities and whom do I pay?
    • Because cable and Internet are included, the utility cost remains pretty low. Water will be a flat charge of $5 per month (except buildings 1-4). The only thing that remains is electric and sewage, which will be paid to College Station Utilities! That will range an average of $40-$60 per month for a four bedroom and vary from there.
  • Is Lakeridge on a Bus Route?
    • We are on bus route 35 which takes you right to the MSC. The bus route is located right outside of our Jones Butler entrance.
